Salary:

  • Comission per sales: You will receive a commission of 15% for each monthly contract you secure with clients.
  • Maximum Salary: The maximum monthly salary from commissions is up to 10,000 Zlotis.

Job Description: As an eCommerce Comercial, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our clients’ online businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting potential clients in Poland and offering our international strategies and services to empower their eCommerce businesses.

  2. Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and providing tailored solutions to maximize their online growth.

  3. Sales Negotiation: Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.

  4. Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and eCommerce advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.

  5. Collaboration: Working closely with the international team of talented digital experts to leverage their expertise in formulating effective eCommerce strategies for clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce sales or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape in Poland.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
